  Marinella gave us a wonderful welcome, and very thoughtfully had food and drinks awaiting out arrival. The apartment was just 10 minutes walk from the Ottoviano metro and had everything we needed for our trip to Rome. The facilities were clean and well kept with everything in full working order.   These are great apartments right in the centre of old town Rome, 5 minutes walk from The Spanish Steps, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Although the apartments are in the centre they are quiet once inside. Rooms were cleaned daily. Tea, coffee, cold drinks, a few snacks and bathroom toiletries also supplied for free and replaced daily.   Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

  The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. It was a great stay ... что говорят » for all of us. Before falling asleep we had fun with the huge TV in our bedrooms. We highly recommend this B&B and whenever we return to Rome we'd - Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure. Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom. In good reaching distance to the city by bus. Good coffee at the breakfast. Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.
