  We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery).   Location: B& b Oasis is just a short 10 -15 minute walk from Termini Station - - making it so convenient to catch a train from Rome to another city as well. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Her ability to run this B&B for 17 years (according to her) while charmingly conversing with her guests ... что говорят » from different countries and emotionally connecting with many (me included) reflects her exceptional people skills and extraordinary communication cap - Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though she couldn't speak English well.   The location was really the best - one minute to Termini train station and metro. Hotel room was very nice and comfortable - the AC worked good. We can only recommend this hotel. - Location of hotel is superb to the termini [rail and train station], do not be put off by the outside, clean and comfortable, highly reccomend.
