What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely
much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton
etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for
European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and
an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. The room was even equipped wit

Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally
unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We
could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out
and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly
communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us.
We were told we would have to wait until Monday for any service. Totally
frustrated, we went back to Residenza Torre Colonna to see if they had

The staff were friendly and helpful. We saw some negative reports on the hotel before we went but these are completely unfounded imo. I would stay here again. One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest
level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no

delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

It was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and delivered as promised from the website. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in every respect. - Loved Vicki the night Manager. Actually all the staff were great. The location was perfect. Could walk to almost anywhere! The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.
