The honeymoon offer has great value for money. - Our room was excellent. It was bright and pleasant with a lovely view. The front desk staff were also first rate. Every one of the several staff members there was terrifically helpful--from arranging for private car tours to recommending restaurants. Our stay in Florence was greatly enhanced by the well qualified and very kind staff.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know who is planning a trip to Florence.

The accomodation as well as the excellent service. Also the location was perfect. Internet store 1/2 block away and laundry with clean new washers and dryers 1/2 block away. A bus stop 1/2 block away. - This hotel was beautiful, and perfectly located. Very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful!
