Comfortable rooms and warm treatment from the staff. Massimo and
wife were really accomodating to my wife and kids while I was away

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom, breakfast well equipped. But
the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very
helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us
everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go
to eat, etc.
We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

Close to ostensie station easy walk to baths of Caracalla and you can even walk the appian way. Bus station right outside the building with the accommodation and you can get round to where you want to go by bus or tram fairly easily. google maps worked well here. Opportunity to use the basic dining room facilities for making a quick snack. -

The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.

It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water. The breakfast is very good with good selection and fresh pastries, eggs and juice. -
