I give Florence Chic a good review. The bed was very comfortable and
was a double bed rather than two twins shoved together. The room was
clean, and decorated nicely. The host couple were very helpful and
when we needed a taxi at 5am, they arranged the taxi the day before
and also they prepared us an early breakfast for us on our departure
day. The wifi signal, though not strong in our room, was incredibly
fast. The location was excellent, only about a 5 minute walk from the

We visited Florence for 2 days as a wedding anniversary with my wife. As we stepped in the b&b immediately we had an upgrade to a very chic room, spacious and with all the amenities plus free wifi. The b&b is centrally located and all you need is strength to go around and visit this "museum" city. I would definitely come back to Florence Chic for the lovely breakfast (your choco croissant is perfect). Mille Grazie Steliana e Stefano.
Location is brilliant and the owners are lovely people, very sweet.
The hotel itself is lovely, in an old grand apartment with high ceilings and fancy fittings.
Very comfortable and clean, and good value for Florence.

Centrally located in Florence for access to the major attractions. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Moreover, I can say that stuff was one of the best that I have seen.
Perfect: new and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is fresh and a good quality one. The B&B is in an old and elegant building in the middle of everything. We will be back.

最好的是这家的地点，离景点都不远，当然这个城市本身也不大，无线上网也还可以，比较稳定。离火车站还算近，如果熟悉了地形就不觉得远。.
It was new and very clean, it has a very central location.
Not much at all. The dining/breakfast area is quite small, not a problem when i was there as it was quiet but may be an issue in high summer.
internet connection was very weak.
We couldn't sleep at night because it was very loudly and noisily from outside.
地点很难找，非常不明显，是在一家银行边上的一个居民大楼内，而且门牌上的字也非常小，不仔细会找不到。晚- 上的大街上和房间内的声音都很大，我们住了俩晚，后来才发现原来每天晚上非常大的拖动家具的声音是水管里发- 出来的，只要有人开水龙头或者是抽马桶那就会有一种非常大的好像是隔壁人家在拖家具的声音，大半夜都会有，- 非常的影响睡觉，如果是睡眠不好的人估计受不了。要爬三层楼，好在楼梯比较宽。房东和房东太太的吵架声音也- 很大。如果需要早吃早饭的需要提早告知房东，并且最好提前半个小时的预备时间，因为8点房东太太还没起床准- 备早饭，房东和房客住不同的门楼，要按好久的门铃才来开门，慢慢的准备早饭，如果是要赶车的话那还真需要提- 前很多时间，不然就会迟到的。.
It was really noisy, the noise on the street goes till 3-4 am and it is really loud. Also there was noise inside, whenever any one flushed the toilet a very strange noise like you're drilling the wall was going on like half an hour. We tried to tell the guy running the place but he just didn't care or understand. Ok it was clean and new but we could only have couple of hours of sleep, so I wouldn't recommend this place ...
