Amazing views from the room out to sea. We were the only people by the hot tub in the grounds most of the time so felt like a private garden (but with to-the-sun-lounger bar service) lovely staff, very close to the great restaurants in the old town - 5 mins walk along the pretty sea front. Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.

The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet.
Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable.
The host and his staff is very helpfull giving a first class treatment. -

Gemma and her husband were very helpful and friendly, giving us all the information we needed about Alghero. We had a large airconditioned dining/lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were superb. The fridge was fully laden with water cheese ham yogurts milk cold drinks, and the cupboard was stacked with bread croissants cutlery tea coffee. More than enough. We had a fine balcony and although it overlooked the street, it was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a tea time drink. It is centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the front and the old town. Couldn't fault it.

This is a small family run B&B. They really are inviting you into their home and city. Maria Grazia is there for breakfast and is eager to help with any recommendations for your stay, and she speaks perfect English. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nice large balcony. The breakfast was very filling. They kept our bags for the day as we had a night flight, and were even kind enough to let us shower after we returned from the beach. Overall great stay.

Claudio and his wife were very welcoming. On a day when the buses were on strike, Claudio went out of his way to give me a lift to my favourite beach and fetch me back punctually at an agreed time. Breakfasts were lavish, and it was good to have access to the kitchen any time for making the odd cup of tea or coffee.

Blue Dolphin is one of the best accomadations I've ever stayed at. Roberto, the owner, is so kind and friendly and enjoys what he does. We stayed for only 2 nights but I would choose this place again. In spite of proximity to the beach and old city center you dont feel like living on Khao San. You are staying in Italy among Italians but still close to POI. Room is quite big, clean and street not noisy. Even though they don't have 24 hour service no problem with late and delayed arrival like ours at 2 am. WiFi working well.
