  Saluzzo is a divine place where time seems to have stood still. There are so many art and architecture treasures in the town, including the Hotel, which is a former convent/monastery where the rooms were the monks'/nuns' cells and you can visit the former refectory which is now a conference centre and the capitolary room next door with fifteenth ... что говорят » century frescoes. We also really liked the restaurant - excellent service and renovated space. We had 3 dinners there and all were very delicious, interesting combinations with nice wines.

  Really a great value. Staff was excellent. They held the breakfast buffet open an hour for us , since we slept in after a long travel day our first night.
