  We had a lovely stay here for 4 days and 5 nights. The location allowed us to walk to the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway to India and boats to Elephant Island, Victoria Station, Crawford Market, the High Court and the Univ of Mumbai. Which leads to the most enjoyable aspect of our stay and that was the staff - I am a regular traveller since 1992 I have stayed in most hotels in Mumbai from 5 Star to 3 star. This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. Myself and my wife were offered FREE Breakfeast for 9 days. The

  Stayed for 14 nights, felt like home. Never been so comfortable in a hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities could be slightly better (our room had two single beds joined up and there were hardly any rooms with double beds), but the comfort and location makes up for everything. Its being all rennovated si make sure you get the 3rd floor where the rooms are all just about done. Not too big but very stilish and with flat screen - nicest room of our budget trip through India. The situation is very close to railway and bus station.
