At the heart of Colaba, so it is close to the main shopping areas, food/cafes and a good base for the tourist sites in that area of Mumbai. - Great spot, really helpful people, beautiful room and view for a cheap price.   The location was excellent just around the corner from India Gate, close to alot of sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us with a few problems (not with the hotel). - Location - right in the centre of old Mumbai 400m from Gate of India. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Bed rooms were a good size and large beds.

  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... что говорят » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.
