I have been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Chennai over the last years. This is a very fine hotel with great rooms and very good service. -
Nice rooftop restaurant. Not as anonymous as many business hotels. Great they have an ecological approach.

very helpful staff, always happy to help, they went beyond the call of their duty to make our stay comfortable, all staff were excellent , we especially remember Animash, Nandita, front office manager Varun Mohan. We were particularly impressed with the chef , our children are fussy eaters and all their requests even off the menu were met. -

at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had

We likes everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.

Design, very gentle and friendly staff, modern hotel and very comfortable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The top roof restaurant with its city view is really super. The Club room with access to executive lounge in 9th floor during happy hour and free internet and free airport transport is really top.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet.
