The service since they met us at the port was outstanding! We were shown lots of key places of interest to help orientate us with the town. We arrived at the hotel and there was cold white wine waiting for us which they were generous with throughout the stay. Very accommodating! they allowed us to have a late check out and the rooms and location

The host was very accommodating from picking us up at the ferry to providing fresh fruit on arrival.
Our apartment was spectacular. Everything was clean,modern. Nothing was lacking.
We loved out terrace with a view of the countryside.
The location was wonderful in that you were in a quiet area yet within walking distance to the town,harbour and bus terminal.
We loved the local bakery.

Staff were very polite and extremely helpful - even drive us to the port on our departure. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was very nice too. -

The staff at hotel Irene were so kind and fantastic. All were very sweet and genuine while Alena went out of her way for us time and time again by giving advice, dropping off a complimentary bottle of their homemade wine. Every chance they had, they asked (genuinely) if we were having a good time. Can't wait to come back. -

What a fabulous hotel. The staff were helpful, kind, and just over-the-top fantastic. They greeted us warmly, sat down with us in their lobby to check us in, and even offered us fresh lemonade. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed and very clean. The hotel is quiet, very well kept and the pool patio is quite nice as it overlooks the sea. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the beginning of Parikia city center by the beach, so bring a flashlight if coming back after dark (walking by the beach even after dark was very safe). The staff were helpful and arranged for a rental car at a decent price. We liked everything about it and will probably be back.
