  Owner was so helpful with pre-planning our arrival. Apartment was fantastic! Very clean and modern. Close to underground. Couldn't have asked for more.....will definately recommend to others!

Вся мебель, посуда из "IKEA". Единственное, чего нам не хватило - это штопора. Очень тонкие стены внутри квартиры (4-5см), звукоизоляции практически никакой.   The apartment is fantastic, very well decorated and comfortable, also very clean with wonderful facilities (inc dishwasher). Both the sofa and the beds are very comfortable after a long day of walking around Berlin! A supermarket and bakery are around the corner as is the metro stop. - The location is great, evething was as expected: our RED apt, at the mezzanine with windows on the garden, was perfect for the 4 days stay with our 2 children. The staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of options for meat

  Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike. Helpful personnel. - Great stay.
