Being a hostel as well as a hotel, this hotel is more suited to groups and young couples, although people of all ages were staying there. The price was excellent for the quality of the rooms. The excellent facilities in our four-roomed apartment. Appreciated being left to our own devices during our stay (the cleaning is done for a fee after the clients have left). A delightful, peaceful apartment.

Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. The location is great, evething was as expected: our RED apt, at the mezzanine with windows on the garden, was perfect for the 4 days stay with our 2 children. Market at 5 minutes, metro Senenfeld at 5/7, a few nice bars in the surroundings and in Kastanienalle: great neighbourhood!

We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard. The neighborhood is very young and full of places to eat and hangout and is less touristy than some parts if Berlin. lt was also fairly close to a UB station. -

Perfect location to explore Berlin, and U-Bahn station is just next door. The appartment was basic but very clean and comfy. Rental bikes are available for only 5 euros per 24 hours, which I definitely recommend to everyone! All in all, very affordable, clean, safe and cool place to stay in. -

Good location and a nice courtyard. I was scared at first because I had to call from out front with my cell but they answered straight away and it posed no problem. There was a nice little map showing nearby laudromats, markets, restaurants, etc. This was helpful but also necessary since their was no staff at any time to ask.
