We had a lovely room,great location, the swimming pool was great, the dining room has an amazing chef that makes amazing food, but best of all the staff were all wonderful.   The staff was remarcable and very helpfull. The locaiton is absolutely perfect, you have it all - tourist atractions, restaurants (even running sushi - my favourite), shopping, transport... The hotel is also very nice and breakfast is great. And the offer I got from letsbookhotel.com was unbelivable!!! - Every thing.   This is not what we expected! It was much better! We had some bad experiences with Holliday Inn in the United States, but the one in Dresden was excellent. Definitely worth the price. The facility in Dresden was in much better conditions that they usually are in the US. Room and bathroom were really clean and cozy. Stuff is very kind and helpful, one miss cleaned parking place for us and they are really all helpful and kind. Parking is public but hotel owns 20 places which are separate by metal doors. Elevator is going to there. Location is perfect, close to Main Street and Grunes Gewolbe Museum. We recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone.

  We stayed in the hostel section of the hotel but the rooms were very clean and although a little small, much like a hotel room. The kitchen was big and very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. I think they were even cleaned overnight as they were nice again in the morning after everyone had been using them.
