  I liked that the room was super clean, updated, and there was no smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel including common areas. Very tidy experience. Also, in room 22, I could stick my head out the window and look up and down the river Neckar. Staff spoke English - The staff was friendly and the location was great! Our room looked out on the river and the old bridge. The view was beautiful, and the location is right off the pedestrian zone.

  The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town.   the view is amazing and its very accessible from the town - It was a good stay. The heat did not work, but not a big deal as theweather did cooperate. A little tlc to the building would help.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.
