The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

the staff was very kindness, the breakfast buffet was very good and with a loto of things, the staff can also prepare foods that aren't on the buffet.

The hotel has its own parking facilities (there is also plenty of public parking in the surrounding) and a tram station nearby: perfect combination! The breakfast was very nice.
