Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony overlooking the Rhine,
which was perfect for us to sit and watch the boats go by. The room was
well equipped, very clean, with even a hospitality tray - rare outside
the uk. There was also free WiFi which was a nice bonus. The staff were
friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and in a pleasant room.

We liked everything about the Hotel, owner and his team. Even though the
Rhine had flooded the front of the Hotel and gardens it did not stop the
Owner and the staff from running it well even though they were keeping
back the Rhine . I should also mention that the owner speaks perfect
english and had an interesting conversation with him covering various
subjects in depth. Food both at breakfast eas good and we also ate in
the evening and yet again the food and service was good, The bedrooms

From our terrace we could get a very beautiful Rhein panorama. Therestaurant was very good. Guest with car get good parking space. Guestcoming with the train should walk about 10 minutes from the station. - The breakfast and evening meals were very good and the hotel was in an excellent position for getting ferries on the Rhine

Marieka greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. From there it just kept getting better. Our room balcony overlooked the Rhine and we just watched the boats passing by. Sandra, Marieka's daughter organised a boat trip for us which capped off a wonderful day

A very friendly welcome. A helpful, caring family run hotel right on the Rhine. Clean, well presented and comfortable. Pleasant walk along the river side to the railway and town centre.

Staff extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I would most certainly stay there again when visiting Boppard. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and the bedding and towels were all changed for the second night´s stay. Friendly and cosy bar.

We were hiking the Rheinsteig and Hotel Zu Den Bergen was very handy to the track (near Marksberg [castle]). Our hotel room was spacious, modern and very clean, as was the ensuite bathroom. A large breakfast was included in the room price consisting of eggs, meats, breads, cheese, cereals, fruit yoghurt and tea/coffee. -

we used it as a 1 night stop over - hotel is 5 mins walk from river - staff are very friendly - rooms are ok for overnight stop but may be a little small for longer stays but are very clean - breakfast very good -

Everything was simple. Location was excellent, owner spoke English and was very friendly, bigger breakfast than other pensions I have stayed at. We even had an adjoining room to our kids'. - It was in a lovely position, very near the Rhine, and was in a quiet position, near enough to the town. Nice owners.
