  It was perfect for a family w/ 4 small children. The location was great. Very accessible to train lines. Having a kitchen made it easy to feed the family on a budget.   This is a wonderfully situated apartment almost in the heart of the old East Berlin, but in a very quiet street just 3 mins away from Friedrichstrasse Station. There's a lovely little shop just across the road which is open until late and a bakery a little further along the street. The owner Andreas is a delightfully helpful man and the a - Andreas, the owner, was so lovely and welcoming - he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on Berlin & how to get around. He was also really flexible around our arrival times and helped store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight out. All our queries before the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly which was a big help. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the location is fantastic - loads to do in local area and train station 5

  Great location near Alexanderplatz and easy shopping for groceries and supplies at the huge Alex shopping mall. Close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, making travel around Berlin a breeze. Clean and modern style with a well appointed kitchen. Very attentive owners / staff that were there on time for our arrival and very responsive with all questions... что говорят » before and during our stay. - The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

  The staff is nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is right. The tram station is a few steps away from the hotel. There is a nice park across the street. There is only one-time cleaning service charge and only after you check out thus daily cleaning is not necessary with customers who don't want to be disturbed.   The place is really good to stay. It is easy to find and close to check in. Moreover, it is the center of the city: 3 min to Check Point Charlie and 15 min to Branderburg Tor and Museum Island. U-bahn is also close to the apartment, so you can get almost everywhere shortly. Clean towels, floor, kitchen; although, it is small, but comfortable. And ... что говорят » the balcony. - Having a whole apartment for myself! Very well located, only 2 blocks away from Charlie Checkpoint. There is a small market just in front of the apt. I recommend booking an apartment only for those that will stay +4 nights, otherwise it is not worth it.
