  Excellent location on a quiet side street yet close enough to walk out to restaurants and shops. Subway just around the corner, parking lot with reasonable rates within half a block.   We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12.
