I had a good sized, very clean and comfortable room which even had a
little refrigerator. The location is excellent; I arrived by boat at the
port and walked to the Place Gambetta. There is a bus direct from there
to the Gare (number 7) and the hotel is just around the corner. The
breakfast was superb as well.

Quiet and secluded location in forest. Next to outstanding golf course. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. - Silence; swinmming pool, large room.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - The staff were friendly, spoke some English, and did everything possible to help us. The shower was hot and powerful. The atmosphere was homely.

Nothing. There was not even a bus service that ran hourly. Had to walk to get to Lorient festival pushing 4 year old in stroller for one and a half hours. Never again. Hotel located facing motorway and factories, car spray paint fumes in mornings. Bus drivers did not know where it was so got off bus 3 miles away at midnight, very scary. Awful locat

when we got to An Ti gwen's we were relocatred to thge Tumulus Hotel and this was an upgrade. It was very serene and a peaceful place to stay. We wished we could stay longer than one night. The dinner for fantastic. An TI Gwen's looked very cute and we would have liked to stay there too. -

Make sure you book a sea view room to take advantage of the great
location. Our room was very clean had a huge and very comfortable bed,

The hotel, overall, was lovely and with one exception the staff were
too. Unfortunately as we were waiting to check out, the young lady
working on Reception was extremely rude - she purposely ignored us
whilst she carried on counting till receipts and treated us with what
appeared to be, contempt. Sadly this was our last contact with Le Roof
and left us feeling very disappointed.
