Beautiful small house with great location. Lovely hosts (a little French
would help to connect, but even with their little English we got along
great), very cozy/homelike atmosphere. Could use their parking
garage (which is great, since parking is difficult to find in
Marseille). -

We have stayed at Villa Monticelli for 4 days and we absolutely loved
it! Delicious breakfast, beautiful balcony, cosy rooms and friendly
owners (the family which owns the Villa and their wonderful dog). I
would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to feel like home
in Marseille. -

This is a clean room in a 2-bedroom apartment - at the 4th floor in a block of flats - shared with the host. -

We went to Merseilles as part of our honeymoon. The owner Danielle "Jeanette" is also a travel agent herself, and her personal experience and very warm and friendly nature ensured that we were well prepared for our few days in this beautiful city. The hostesse / owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about Marseille. The rooms and breakfast area were clean and modern, and the breakfast was very good. We only stayed for a short trip to watch the football ( Arsenal ) at the Stade Velodrome opposite, but if I was touring Marseille I would definitely stay here. The Metro was five minutes away and would take you to all the parts of Marseille. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it.
