  we liked the central and easy to find but quiet location, the availabillity of parking in the host's garage, the calm and elegance of the house, the spaciousness and comfort of the en-suite room, excellent bed and bedding. We also enjoyed the continental breakfasts with interesting home made elements, and the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient welcome. - Great location close to Vieux Port and L'abbaye St.Victor with easy access to good local shops. Rooms large and tastefully decorated with lovely pictures and unusual objets d'art. Quiet courtyard garden for breakfast and relaxing. Mme. Depieds very helpful. Recommend Bar de l'Abbaye round the corner for quick but good lunch and wonderful sunset views in the evening.

  Beautiful small house with great location. Lovely hosts (a little French would help to connect, but even with their little English we got along great), very cozy/homelike atmosphere. Could use their parking garage (which is great, since parking is difficult to find in Marseille). - We loved this place. only 3 rooms 1 up a spiral staircase but the... что говорят » other two are very accessible being on the groundfloor. Lovely hosts and once you've checked in are happy to provide you with city tips, and insider information. Highly recommended, we hope to return.

  We have stayed at Villa Monticelli for 4 days and we absolutely loved it! Delicious breakfast, beautiful balcony, cosy rooms and friendly owners (the family which owns the Villa and their wonderful dog).
