We liked this appartment very much. The owners are friendly and helpful. They gave us all of the information about the city, the transport,the shopping etc., they gave us maps and diffenrent booklets. Weliked also the location of the Villa, near to the beach, to some supermarkets, to the bus stations. Our appartment was fully equipped. Everything was comfortable. The next time we will stay here.

Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we
needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and
drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The
closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in

Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.
