Service and staff were very caring. Location was by the water and nice walking tracks. It was very quiet place. Apartment had full kitchen and was quite comfortable. It was good value for money (included free Wifi and cable TV) and within short bus trip to the city.

Everything was really great!Thank you very much! Next time in Tampere we will stay in Dream Hostel. Location is nice. Clean, Friendly staff. Power receptacles are placed uncomfortable - the only one minus. -

Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. Everything was very nice, as described. Staff was very helpful: directing us to the laundry room to use the ironing facility, calling a cab etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich.

Very convenient location - has a back entrance directly from train station platform. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and cheaply in one room, with twin beds, sofa bed and extra mattress provided free-of-charge. Has a small games room for children which we used and separate saunas for men and women.

There was everything for comfort life (even sauna) in apartment, which was clean and quiet. It was located in wonderful area - on the shore of lake (beautiful vew from the balcony) and at the same time near of the center of Tampere.
