The staff is very kindhearted and understanding.
The breakfast is great.
Hotel location is very convenient – few minutes walking from center but still in a quite place.

Everything! The apartment is not how it looks by the pictures.. It's
even better! All clean, really large, with all comforts e everything is
really, really new. And the view is amazing! The owner is a very very

Because it is not a hotel, there's no reception, so we had to arrange to meet the owner when we arrived to get the apartment keys. He was very accommodating - we arrived late at night and were delayed at the airport but he met us promptly after we arrive

Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.
The hotel is new and there are no hindering compromises taken in the building or the decoratio

Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given.
Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

Apart from that, we were pleasantly surprised by how hospitable the staff were. They helped us and told us about all the places to visit in the city. Also our flight arrived after closing hours of the accommodation office, but people there were kind enough to wait for us even after the closing hours! -
I spent only two nights in Prague and priority for me was the location in central Prague.
The apartment is just as described and I couldn't have been happier with the stay.
I only wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
There is a cosy terrace with pleasant seating. Everything seems to be new and clean, perhaps recently newly refurnished.

close to old town square and jewish quarter too, only a few minutes walk
away. We booked a double and triple room (extra bed in a double room)
and it was spacious. Bathroom was big too and room was cleaned daily.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent price vs. value. Wide selection and tasty food at breakfast.
It is true, steps away from the Old Town Square, Hotel Merkur is situated next to the gates of Prague's historic centre. 200 metres from the Florenc metro and bus station. Great location.
