  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly.   Brilliant location - close to beach - great views and close to centre of town without being noisy. Good size apartment - clean and well furnished. Great little swimming pool.   We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront. Villa Paulina has only been open one year. The apartments are beautiful, well finished and have an an amazing view of the bay. Brela is a small, once fishing village now tour - We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.
