  Friendly and very hospitable staff. I enjoyed the way the staff took care of my guests at reception with serving them complimentary tea. My executive room was spacious and well stocked with daily replenished toiletries, free mini-bar (yes- no extra charges on consumption of drinks from mini-bar, which was replenished daily), wifi in the room, ipho... что говорят » ne/ipod double docking stations and speaker, tv with many international channels, and well stocked high quality Chinese tea facilities. Special thanks - We stayed two nights here in a deluxe king room. While the hotel is in a modern highrise building it has the feel of a small boutique hotel. It's Asia Modern decor gives it a charming and sophisticated atmosphere. (You should stay here just to see the elevators and the display wall over the reception area!) The layout and amenities in our room made it one of the most delightful and functional rooms that we have ever stayed in. The English speaking staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The

Sam in the Concierge team can speak English and was most helpful, even before our arrival in Hangzhou, by answering all our email queries about tours from Hangzhou to Huangshan (Yellow mountain). Staff is very pleasent. Western options in the jw marriot menu, nice swimming pool. Dont have this weird smell that you feel sometimes due to chinese cuisine. Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.

  The whole hotel is excellent. All of the staff in the hotel were helpfull and freindly. The team in the business club lounge are brilliant in every way. The locaition for business was perfect and the surrounding area is great for eating out. The super sleeper beds are so comfortable you did not want to get out.   We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room. The quality of food, particularly the dessert, snacks and fuits at the executiv... что говорят » e lounge were good except some hot dishes were not hot enough! Service was good. What impressed us was that free wi-fi was inside the hotel, the loung - I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.
