  Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

  Stayed here for four nights in May 2013. We were upgraded to a boutique suite at check in in the 5th floor. Most of the pictures online are for rooms on this floor. The room was very nice, spacious by China standards and clean. Bed was hard but this is normal in China. The bathroom appeared recently re-done. Shower pressure was great. The hotel advertised a western bre - We were given a free upgrade upon check-in and stayed in a nice room on the 5th floor. It was really clean, spacious and I really liked the design (a bit kitchy, literally everything in the room was green, but quirky and definitely not your usual hotel room). Bathroom was also clean and roomy, with all necessary amenities, towels changed daily.   IFC Residence was my choice for a single night due to its location to many of the main sites in Shanghai (city) also, it is attached directly to the Ritz Carleton and the IFC Mall that gives you many choices when shopping for fashion, gifts and has many food choices. The design is beautiful, the service was fantastic, the Livin - Location is centrally located within the financial district and it's beside IFC mall and other stores. Rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. Not crowded and there is free coffee/tea/soda/nuts/chips and cookies at the commonnliving room in the 3rd floor. Indoor pool and gym are great and wi-fi is free and fast. Staff are great, friendly and warm. They can express themselves in English. Worth going back and staying at this hotel again.

  This is a choice for accommodation that delivers on multiple aspects. When one thinks of Shanghai, The Bund pops up not long after. This hostel's locations is ideally ON THE BUND!!l!! It offers on a budget what others pay hundreds of US dollars for in other forms of accommmodation. Staff is great, interior is clean, and lots of opportunities to me... что говорят » et fascinating people from all over the globe. The famous Nanjing Rd is only a few mins walk away. Subway is also not too far from the hostel. I defin - Brilliant location right by the Bund, excellent places to eat nearby. Short easy walk to Metro 10 mins max but lots of cheap taxis at the end of the road. The friendly staff spoke English and gave 5 star service! Nothing was too much trouble. We had a triple room on 4th floor with free wifi in the room and free internet in a computer room on the same floor!! The beds were comfortable and clean, shower powerful and hot. For less than £7 per night per person, in our triple room I have no complain
