The rooms are good big location in the middel of arab islamic food resturants and markets

There are no waiting area in the looby and there are no wifi free

I liked the amenities.

I didn't like it that the lights were weird when I first entered, and the hotel card wasn't registered when I slotted it in.

Before I go to this Hotel I read some negative points. Forst that the hotel is old, carpets dirty, bathroom in vary bad condition and dirty , not enough light in room etc. I paid around 80,00 euros per night and I had very brand new renovated room with separate bathtoom and a modern shower. They clean the room twice a day staff willing to do everything you asking for with a smile. Nice restaurants across the road sanlitun area for shopping and nightlife, and Yashow market only five minutes walking. I will go back any time to stay there.

Indian restaurant. Proximity to other diverse restaurants and shopping + metro.

Lack of free drinking water in delux room after 1st night. Delay in getting a taxi - could at least 1 taxi be kept on standby?

Nothing particular. Almost not being worth mentioning but wireless signal was a bit weak in the room.

The location seems to be fine (I am not so well oriented in Beijing) only 25-40 minutes from the airport. The room was large, very fine with comfortable bed, great bathroom, working Internet, etc. Check-in was smooth.

Hard to get help to get a taxi in the early morning; even the Assistant Duty Manager was half asleep... The general light in the room could be better for working.

The location is very useful for city travellers as Line 10 subway station is across the road from the hotel. The hotel has a nice warm feel to it. we had a standard king size room that was very clean, confortable and had a nice size bathroom with a bath and shower. Overall, this hotel will be my choice for my next time in Beijing. Very satisfied.

There was nothing that I did not like.As a suggestion, the rooms could do with a bit more light in it.

We liked the access to Nirvana GYM near by the hotel. The location is very good for shopping and city sightseeing. The hotel is close to the subway.

The cleaning af the room where extremely poor and the room wasn't vacuum cleaned in the three weeks we spend at the hotel. Thick layer dust on the shelves and closets and dust bunnies on the floor. Air conditioner making noise and filter clogged with dust. Very cold in the restaurant in the morning, jackets were needed.

I like the location and the size of the room.

The carpet is not clean, especially around the corners, edges and many stains.

Close to the subway; the staff at the concierge is kind and helpful; rooms are big, with a good bathroom and many accessories

They catch a big deposit from your credit card as you arrive, and to have it back you have to pay, to give back the key and to wait... Dont'you expect that the staff in the Chinese Restaurant speaks English! They had to bring me my tea five times: they didn't understand I asked for a pot, not for a cup; they brought me a pot that wasn't for me; after that I had a glass of simple hot water... and when finally I had my tea, I had TWO pots! And the bill was really expensive...

Hotel is in a convenient location and is very close to the MRT.

Sometimes Internet was a little spotty. My second room (had rooms on both ends of my stay in Beijing) had a very small bathroom.

I like the central location, friendly staff, clean and good service

i don't like the room facilities (old, dirty carpet, not enough socket plug-only one) restaurant and coffee shop closed so early, not much choice of room serivce menu. Concierge service is very poor, staff doesn't know beijing very well. they need more training.

Not very clean. We ordered king size bed, but got 2 separate.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and not far from the exhibition center (old venue). You can reach the Sanlitun area in a few minutes' walk so it is convenient. Various and abundant breakfast buffet (except for having just one kind of coffee...)! Suitable heating system in the room and all basic comfort facilities offered.

The room was too dark!! equipped with yellow-lights only, not very comfortable if you need to work. The old moquette seemed a bit dirty.

Location. Hotel is located nearby subway station.

We have booked room with 3 separated beds. But when we came they said they have only room with 1 big bed and if we want we can order one small bed for 300 rmb per night. It was really frustrating cause we pay extra money for what we thought we will have for free.

Paid for a 3 adult family room, they dont have family rooms so they tried to put my wife and I and my son with 2 singles, then a double with a babies cot (son 7yo) then finally a King with a foldaway was the best they could do - the fun really started when they tried to charge me for the extra bed. Place was grimey too.
