Staff friendly, offered restaurant ideas in walking distance. Room was nice with view of harbour. The only issues we had was playing with the temperature in the room, we finally managed to get the air to stay on. -

The Crowne Plaza staff were really nice, room was clean and up to date. The hotel staff helped us out with forgotten chargers and check out time so I could shower after running a Marathon. They were fantastic and all with a smile :) -

Kind staff, simple but very clean rooms. Parking right in front of your room. Coffee and cereals for breakfast. The motel actually sits on a hillcrest and offers nice views of the sea. Stayed there twice and can only recommend it to anyone on their way through St John (wouldn't spend much time in the city though). -

Location, location, location. The lady who checked us in was amazing. The foyer was warm and inviting and loved the Christmas tree. Our room was relatively new and very clean so no complaints there. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. -

All of it. The staff were excellent and friendly. The mattress was more comfortable than my bed at home. The continental breakfast was good as they provided more than the sweet cakes, muffins. -

The staff was excellent. I was very late. She called my cell phone around 9pm and told me that they closed at 10pm. She told me where to get the key when I got there around 11pm. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, and the staff arranged for an extra one for my grandchild. I would definitely stay there again.
