I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! -
Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.

I like the location and facilities of the resort. The personal are very warm and friendly. I love the view and the pool.The rooms are clean and nice. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

comfortable, but not too fancy... Similar in feel to a European hotel.
Good, friendly staff. The ski storage room had a bench to wax the

Sun Peaks, as a place, feels like a piece of Europe dropped into BC's Southern Interior - it was a breath of fresh air to walk the streets. The hotel was also a great deal, with excellent, helpful staff who went above and beyond, and our room was well appointed.

Emerald Lake Lodge is one of the most amazing places I have ever been. My husband and I went there to celebrate our 10th anniversary and it was absolutely stunning and it looks exactly how the pictures show it does. It is in the middle of no where, but close to many great gems to explore. The room was perfect for two and we LOVED the real fireplace! The food was decadently delicious! The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one.
Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too.

The thing that impressed me the most was how well the front desk people handled a rather difficult customer, as I waited to be served. All other staff that I encountered were very accommodating and helpful. The facilities and setting were also impressive. Thanks for a great stay. I hope to revisit with my wife. -

which take full advantage of the natural resources which surround it.
Taking the shuttle over to April Point on Quadra Island is a fun option
- and yes, cruise-ships, tugs with their barges, fishing boats and
