We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

Our experience at the Union Club was nothing but positive, the rooms were small but comfortable and the service in the restuarant was excellent as was the food. Awesome price for downtown Victoria and included breakfast that you could order off the menu not a continental style. The waiter was suburb. Would definitly stay again, also the no cell phones in the common area was very refreshing to say the least.

I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. 很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！
