  The staff was very friendly and rendered prompt service. They gave some advice on the metro system and points of interest. The location was great. Easy access to the excitement. The lobby was as clean as it could be considering the amount of people checking in and out. No trash just luggage.   For the most part, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was booked under the wrong name but the staff on duty promptly fixed that error and helped me check in. The staff member that I mention below then showed me to the room I was staying in and answered all my questions well. The other guests in the room were very quiet.   I loved the entire stay! Exceeded all my expectations. Great location, excellent worth for its price. Staff was friendly and helpful - offered to store my luggage even after checking out so I could enjoy the city before my late-night bus ride. Breakfast was free and food restocked timely.   The owner was very friendly, the amenities were more than expected for the price we paid (including the better-than-average breakfast, the cleaning service, the fact that you get a code to come in at any time unlike in most hostels which are MORE expensive than this place, etc). The location was also a huge plus and they do have cheap parking ($8/... что говорят » day) within walking distance. In the end - if we were doing another budget trip to Montreal, we would definitely return. - The location was excellent, allowing us to park up the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go (yes we can walk quite a few km without issue). The addition of bathrobes in the closet to allow easy visits to the shared bathroom were a very welcome touch.
