The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet.
I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)

The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to all the attractions. You are right on Ferry Street, a main street in Niagara Falls, lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. It felt extremely safe day and night. We arrived late, at 8.30pm, dropped our bags and went exploring. The place is definitely a budget motel BUT for what it lacks in modern conveniences it absolutely makes up for in hospitality! The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room.

The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.

I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though
we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I
didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that
charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well
- check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between
romance, luxury and city trip.

The Rainbow Inn is a fun place to stay. The pool was relaxing and we got to see fireworks from the balcony of our room. We have been there several times with friends. Its our favourite Motel next to the Falls and Casino. -
Best value of any Hotel in the Fallsview area. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. We walked to everything! So convenient.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was

After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished.
