  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   We really managed to relax. The view to the mountains from our apartment was breathtaking. I used the pool a lot because the water temperature was very warm and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and we took the advantage to have it served in the room.   I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine, biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and allowed... что говорят » us to have a late check-out as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. The room was the perfect size, we had a view of the mountains and it - Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

  Удачное расположение - 250-300м до подъемника, 50м от улицы Пирин. По приезде нам были предложены аппартаменты с дополнительной комнатой без доп. оплаты. В номере были плита, микроволновка, тостер, холодильник, чайник, телевизор (2 русских канала), интернет по Wi-Fi (по утрам можно было скачивать фильмы до 5-7GB). В отеле есть бассейн, сауна, рест... что говорят » оран. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Рекомендуем этот отель. - Loved the location - very close to the gondola, next to amigoes, just around the corner from where we hired our skis (we used pirin who are really helpful). You can get a good breakfast downstairs in Penguins (which opens at 7am). We asked the Fortuna to recommend a transfer from the airport, which they did and the service was excellant. The 2 bed apartment had 2 toilets which was a real bonus! The staff are really friendly and helpful. - Excellent location for skiing and nightlife.
