I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool that was very close to our villa. We will come back for sure -

This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated which can be difficult to find in Bulgaria!

Very close to the sea side, the restaurants area - only few minutes. Max. 10 min walk to the beach. The receptionist friendly but low english knowledge.

I liked everything - starting with the fabulous location - literally next door with the Balcic castle (and our suit actually looked into the castle's gardens), going on to the sea that was just below the balcony, the huge room and equally huge bathroom, the luxurious suit... Simply fantastic. -

We were in Balchik to visit the botanical gardens. The hotel Selena worked just fine for us. The accommodations were just so-so but they were what we expected for the price. Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and It was just fine including from Peter, the server.

The staff is very proffesional, nice and helpful. My sister (55 y.0.) stayed for 4 days here, asked a lot of help for diverse personal difficulties and said everybody was incredible nice and helpful. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.

I stayed one night only. The owners (Jenna and her son) were friendly, welcoming,and very helpful. The suite was very clean, smelt lovely. They are wonderful caring people who would attend any of your request. Everything is perfect, from the location to the cleanliness. The room is really cosy with a great view of Balchik.
