The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

The hotel rate was amazingly cheap for what we got. While maybe an extra 2 blocks away from the heart of the city....it was half the price we expected. Clean, professional business hotel. Like a Hilton Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. - can rent the bike.very clearn. have hot water making machine.

This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable.
