i would definitely recommend this resort to other family and friends,, from the awesome friendly staff to the wonderful facilities they had available. The apartment was big and spacious - as I was travelling with young kids. We got an excellent room with a very good view of the ocean - my kids enjoyed the beach, pool and spa very much. Location was great as well as it was just minutes away from the airport and the beach - will definitely stay here next time.

Location is awesome with fantastic beaches, walks and great restaurants within walking distances. Ocean views from the apartment were brilliant. -
Most things were wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Would have liked to stay longer.

The decor of our apartment had been updated so it was a very nice modern 3.5star. We had the bottom floor which was handy to the pool for the kids.
Staff very friendly. The size of the apartment was very good. The heated spa was awesome. It was not beachfront but still close to clubs and shops so we enjoyed the daily walk. -

Older building but apartment 15 had high quality fittings and was a real surprise inside. Great view and a decent balcony. If all apartments in the building are equiped and fitted out in the same manner then this is an ideal destination. Great value and attentive service from management. All in all, would stay there again.

I really enjoyed the location as the beach was a minute walk away which made it easy to access. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The beachfront view was perfect. Its not overly crowded at this beach which at times felt like we were on a private beach. Very close to shops and activities for families. -

We loved our time at the Royal Palm. They sent an SMS to advise our room was ready and we checked in around 10am. This was great as we could then plan our day. The kids loved the pool. It was heated and had a spa and slide. It has direct access to the beach and has a great play park about 200m away. Easy access to the freeway as well and was about 25 mins to the theme parks. All in all we had a great time. Only downside was that we didn't have long enough. Could easily have stayed anothe
