Superb 10/10 this was the most beautiful property.. Full of antique furniture. Our room was perfect the most comfy bed and a shower that you will never forget . thanks for the complimentry port in our room. Amazing history added to the ambience . description! Very clean room and comfortable bed. The best thing about
the stay however was the breakfast, the quality of the spread, smell of
fresh pastries and a range of juices. It was one of the best start to a
day in a while!! I could not recommend to stay at Meredith house more.

Beautiful cottages on the beach. Our first impression was wow! We only had one night but will be back for more. The cottage decor is country and very nice and the stone and wood makes them beautiful. They are right on the beach and private. We didn't go to the restaurant but hear it is good, so next time.

Clean, well appointed unit overlooking the water. The location is close enough to Bicheno and Freycinet as well as wineries along the route. As a 2 bdrm, it offered the pricing we were expecting. There is a pool but too bad we couldn't use the beach because it was too chilly. Amazing water views. -

I like it to have kitchen, we bought steaks from supermarket and we cooked. Hope it has dish washer so that I can clean the dishes up easier.
Quite close to wineglass bay (1 hr) and good for budgeted travelers. -

This motel has been systematically upgraded in the last year or so, the staff were excellent and the rather tired amenities have obviously been upgraded, with more to come. the gardens are also going to be really nice once all the new plants grow. They are under new management and the hosts are very friendly & helpful.
Good location with a sea-view. Quiet place & room is tidy & clean. Walking distance to town centre. Very comfortable stay & room rate is reasonable.
My wife & I would stay here again in our next visit. We highly recommend this Motor Inn to other people.

Freycinet Waters is a home from home. Karen thinks of all the small things to make your stay as comfortable as possible - including warming our room before we arrived back from Wine Glass Bay. We stayed in the spa room and it was delightful. The room is spacious, very clean, has a dvd player with a wide range of films/tv shows to choose from. The breakfast was wonderful and the local knowledge from Karen herself is priceless. Highly recommend.
