  This was a bnb I found last minute and I am glad that I did! I went with 3 friends and we arrived past check in time and Jan & Husband waited up to welcome us in. She then gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and every morning(4 night) gave us an itinerary of what to do. She was warm, conversational and helpful and the rooms were clean. The little bridge over the fish pond was a lovely family feeling, I was looked after immediately. The decor is modern country and very stylish. My room was large with a huge bathroom and claw foot bath and separate toilet. The bed was so comfortable, can't recommend it enough, very lovely and restful. It lives up to it's name, I definitely felt like a special guest.

  This was really all we needed for a 2 night stay with the grandchildren. Clean, airconditioned, near the town and close to restaurants...The kids loved the beachfront at Busselton. It is wonderful with the paid activities, free playgrounds and free skate park. Kept everyone entertained. Great value for money basic and simple and very clean. Could not hear anything from adjoining units was very quiet. Will be definetely staying there next time I'm up that way.

  We stayed at the South unit which was very cosy and comfortable for the 4 of us. It was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and the heater was efficient for the cold nights in winter. Even though my children are 19 & 21, they thoroughly enjoyed the farmstay, especially feeding the animals, cuddling the baby lamb and patting the baby kangaroos.... что говорят » The farm is very well maintained with a good assortment of animals such as the emu, alpaca, llamas, horse, rabbits, pigs, sheep, etc, and not forgett - Been staying in this farm every time I visit Margaret river. Kids love it. The property is well kept throughout all these years. Have been recommending all my friends to visit this farm.

  We stayed overnight in a deluxe double room with spa and breakfast. The room was quiet and spacious, with plenty of storage space, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful and served for extended hours.   The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater.   We were greeted in a friendly manner and because we had arrived in Broome early we were still able to book in, thankfully. We liked the accessibility to the city area by being able to walk there. Also we liked the fact that we could catch a local bus outside the hotel door.
