Simple, comfortable, has everything you need. Caters to a variety of
groups (backpackers, families, older people, budget travellers, those
who like their comfort). Wildlife wandered freely through the resort but
boundaries to eating areas maintained. Everything close, nothing too

The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

Beautiful room. Because two bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom the owners didnt take a booking for the second bedroom on the night I was staying.
Very comfortable.
Delightful owner.
Made me very welcome even though I was only staying for one night.
Would definately go back there when next in Perth. -

The apartment was clean tidy and provided everything you need. kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets you need. Location to city and Hospitals is an easy walking distance, with Local shops on the same block. EXCELLENT LOCATION will stay again on our next trip to Perth Thanks Chris For the experience. -

They purpose-built their building in a beautiful neighborhood close to the freeway making it easier to get around the Perth area. What a fantastic place! The rooms are excellent, very clean, spacious, relaxing and modern. The owners are lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the king room with the spa. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so did not get the opportunity to see what was nearby but it is less than ten minutes drive from the city centre.

The never ending help from the staff over and above of their duties.
The food was excellent and the service was excellent.
Being pensioners the room we had was great as we did not have to walk far to the restaurant. -

Great location, less than 5 minutes from lovely beach, and next door to
Albany Golf Club - nice course and good value. The Beach House is family
owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with
recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Room very
comfortable with a spa bath, and very good bed. Secure parking, free

The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They
were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was
excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is
obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful.
A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in
a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.

This cottage was spacious, clean and so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage & it was a great base to go sightseeing or just to head to the beach or into Geraldton. The booklet with tourist information on what you could do in the area was fantastic & helped us to plan our trip & where to go for dinner etc.. Thoroughly

The guest house was located close to Marine Terrace and a number of restaurants. Jackie enabled us to gain access to the room prior to the normal check in time as we had driven from Perth to attend a family funeral.
The guest house was lovely with its polished floor boards and decor. Although there was no reception access to the room was simple.
Great value for money!!

The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming. Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.
