The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. Close to Wynyard station
Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!!

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

The location was fantastic and so close to everything. Easy walk to Circular Quay and also to Pitt St Mall and Darling Harbour. Lots of eating places nearby so no need to cook. Excellent appartment with everything you need - including a washing machine. Large and very nice rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the city - ten minutes walk to the Circular Quay and five minutes walk to the mall and all the shopping opportunities. Darling Harbour is also close.
Staff is very service minded.

отель стоит прямо напротив жд! если вам не повезет, и вас поселят с
окнами на жд пути, можно застрелиться! каждые 3 мин поезда! сигналят
тепловозы! на вокзале и то лучше! на второй день нас переселили на
другую сторону! в отеле одни китайцы. в комнатах не убирались за неделю
ни разу!!!! ужасный отель! только если экономить, можно сюда селиться! -

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding their horn as they are about to enter the underground tunnel but it did not bother me that much, after all it is a big city with big city noises. -
It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. If you are a traveler like me and my partner, then splash out a little on a weekend and stay here, you will feel refreshed!
Staff were really friendly and helpful
Swimming pool and spa pool were not busy and a good temperature
The bed was really comfortable

Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to
Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me
each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely
comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the
next time I have to return to Sydney.
