  I had spent three days hiking so was looking for a hotel room with a spa bath. The Heritage Hotel room was perfect. The spa filled fairly quickly, there was plenty of hot water and the jets were strong. The towels were large and very soft. The motel room was spacious with a dining setting and microwave as well. The breakfast had a great variety of both hot and cold food and the staff in both reception and the d - We were a family of 5,booked 2bdroom and there were 4 single beds and a double !! Wonderful ..so much space for us, with a cute little kitchen/dining.with microwave...convenient location with many shops and cafes within walking distance. Recommend it to families,with Breakfast.. So much easier.

  I liked that the Metropole is in the middle of town and is close to the railway station for those without a car. I liked the historic building with its lovely old, but well maintained structures, including the walkway from the back carpark to reception. It is a delight walking through the area with its ferns, goldfish, etc. - Location was great... что говорят » great. Close to all site seeing and also cheap great food and shops. Hotel was old school setting as well as modern which was great. I will be staying again later this year and will recommend this hotel to everyone going to the blue mountains.

  I stayed in room 23 with my girl friend Karen Bosco who made the booking. I live in Adelaide Karen lives in Sydney and came to Katoomba to do the mountains with Karen over the Easter break. We entered our room it had the heating on and was lovely and warm and very comfortable the whole time. It is about 15 mins walk (with luggage) from the Katoomba Railway Station and very convenient to shops and all facilities.

  The staff there were so accommodating, we felt as though we were staying with their family (in a good way)! The rooms were recently renovated and were fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the heating blankets were such a welcome treat for the chilly winter's nights. Breakfast was fabulous and very affordable.   It's been a few years since I stayed at La Maison, and the standard seemed still very good, it is clean, secure and quiet. Continental breakfast is included, and in a very nice dining room. I didn't have a car on this occasion, but it is worth mentioning that there is undercover off street parking. Next door to the chocolate factory which is a cafe that makes hand made chocolates! We enjoyed our stay.
