I had spent three days hiking so was looking for a hotel room with a spa bath. The Heritage Hotel room was perfect. The spa filled fairly quickly, there was plenty of hot water and the jets were strong. The towels were large and very soft. The motel room was spacious with a dining setting and microwave as well. We were a family of 5,booked 2bdroom and there were 4 single beds and a double !! Wonderful ..so much space for us, with a cute little kitchen/dining.with microwave...convenient location with many shops and cafes within walking distance. Recommend it to families,with

Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk.
This is a great location for all of the sights.
We requested something for the room and it was immediate.

We were very impressed with the helpful staff, all very friendly and they supplied a lovely full breakfast in the dining room and in our room we also had a microwave and items to be zapped in it were available for purchase at the office. We entered our room it had the heating on and was lovely and warm and very comfortable the whole time. It is about 15 mins walk (with luggage) from the Katoomba Railway Station and very convenient to shops and all facilities.

My husband and I got married at Yester Grange with our reception at Mountain Heritage on the 30 October. Loved the prepared fire-place, view fantastic from both our room and the dining room. Staff were helpful (and lovely to our 4 year old), and it was only a short walk to the shops, and bus to explore the area. Kept the historical feel but it's been well maintained...and modernised with fast efficient air-con etc. We have already recommended this place to our friends, and will be back!

The hotel was in easy walking distance of the Three Sisters which was ideal as car parking charges there can be quite expensive. An ideal location for exploring the Blue mountains. We were there when the forest fires were raging but everything was under control. There were many fire fighters staying at the hotel and loads of fire trucks parked around the streets so we felt quite safe. Added to the excitement really.

We stayed only 2 nights at 3 Explorers and had a really relaxing comfortable stopover, The room was well above our expectations, well equiped and furnished with excellent taste. The staff were great, friendly and able to give good acurate and uptodate information on local attractions.

Very nice attention, the host was really helpful with everything we needed, and he was always worried about giving us the maximum comfort. The beds where very big, the room was completely well equipped with all kitchen staffs, and the location was very good. The wifi access was very good and the place clean. Also the rooms where well acclimated. I reallyrecomend it.

The staff there were so accommodating, we felt as though we were staying with their family (in a good way)! The rooms were recently renovated and were fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the heating blankets were such a welcome treat for the chilly winter's nights. Breakfast was fabulous and very affordable. We cannot say enough good

I can't praise the staff (owners) highly enough. The woman that we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious.

The staff were great! Very happy for a chat and accomodating of any requests. The room was pleasant with a big enough bath, different sized pillows (thank you for the option!) and cosy reverse cycle air con. The lounge area was well used by us. We curled up in front of the fire with a good book and a bottle of wine one afternoon and just relaxed:)

Perfect location in the heart of Katoomba. Beautifully renovated to restore it's old glory in the public areas - while having modern, clean, spacious rooms with brand new bathrooms. Even with two king beds and a fold up single bed in a family room there was still plenty of room to move around.

Amazing view, incredibly comfortable and cheerful atmosphere, as well as the proximity to all main touristic spots! Echo Point and Three Sisters are just in 1-3 minute walk.
