  The Chalet was run by a very lovely, accommodating family with friendly staff. After hitting the snow on Saturday, we enjoyed several games of pool with drinks from the bar. Then it was board games by the fireplace, before sitting down to a delicious roast lamb dinner with entrees and dessert in the restaurant.   Location was fantastic, we stayed 2 nights. The hotel looks a bit tired needs a bit of a clean and Renovation. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included in tariff really good value food was tasty and they had a good variety.   The staff were sensational, and more than accommodating. We unexpectedly needed an extra night's accommodation and it was sorted out without any problems whatsoever. The rooms are very nice and the beds are sensationally comfortable. Perfect location. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the service, food and price was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the Great Lake view was extraordinary. I would definately choose to stay at Rydges Horizons in the future.

  Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location and great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner and both were fantastic great home cooked food. - Great food and atmosphere, friendly staff, some secure under cover parking and a very central location close to shops etc.
