The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on
my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and
closness to the beach if required.

Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable.
Bed sheets were also clean with good bedroom amenities including 2nd TV with Foxtel in 1st bedroom and ensuits in all bedrooms.

The friendliness when we arrived after a 5 hour drive. The spacious of our apartment which was upgrade from a deluxe one bedroom to a two bedroom. Plus, as we were staying with another couple our balconies were just across from each other so communication was easy. Good old fashion service with a smile.

Wonderful warm welcome when we got there very friendly..lovely spacious
and clean rooms..they had everything all we needed was our clothes..they
had toiletries etc..had a great pub on corner $8.95. Lunch or dinner
very nice.Will definitely go back when we go back that way to hotel

The managers, Conan and Kim were very friendly. Conan carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room that we had, although not large, had everything that we needed including a two burner stove top, a microwave and a small oven/grill. The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. I would appreciate it if you did as well. -

Great place to stop over whilst on a road trip north and on the return journey (two separate stays). Not on he beach but centrally located to all amenities and facilities! -

The setting was quiet and peaceful and the birds were abundant.
It was great to walk around the golf course and down to the beach. -

Location is great. Walk past the restaurant to a terrific beach, good for kids at the south end, surf fishing at the north. Ambience amongst nature is sensational and the layout beautiful.

Very helpful staff. The location with access to the beach was a great surprise and we loved sitting in the garden bar with beach views. The whole set up with rainforesty walks to get around made for a really great atmosphere/ambiance. The meal we had on site was excellent. Would definitely go back.

The location of Coachmens Inn Motel was great value - close to a large shopping centre and not far from Coffs beach. The pool was fantastic after a hot day travel :) -
The location- close to a small shop, the Plaza and the Beach.
It was great to have a microwave in the motel unit.
Bed was very comfortable.

Great position with views out to sea and the mountains. Has everything you would need for a very comfortable holiday and so much better than a motel/hotel. Close to town centre and clubs & pubs. Pubs have better meals at great prices. Undercover parking a real +. -

The apartment was very spacious and modern. Located right on the beach front it was perfect location! We had a great weekend staying at tradewinds. Rob and Jenny were lovely to deal with and very easy going, allowing us our own BBQ in the apartment was perfect for having friends over.

We arrived out of hours but that was not a problem. Alan (Manager) organised easy access and ensured room was fully prepared and accessible along with undercover parking. Will stay again next time in Coffs Harbour.

The staff were very polite and helpful and the location was good. Even
though the train track is close to the grounds they are few and far
between so don't affect the relaxing atmosphere. The pools are
kept clean and well maintained and when we stayed there they were not
very busy so the kids had a ball and we were able to have a lounger
each time

Although we had only booked a one bedroom apartment we were upgraded to a two bedroom place and trusted to not use the other room and extra bathroom.
So this meant we had lots of living space and lovely deck
