  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional... что говорят » ly friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day! Peaceful through the night but loads to do during the days and evenings. 30 second walk from the beach so ideal and the free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was great as if it was full for a time slot they always offer... что говорят » ed to come straight back for us. Couldn't fault it....also very clean and tidy - The staff were wonderful and so kind,helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe spa room was brilliant and had such a special holiday feel to it.The eatery and bar next door had great atmosphere and the beach is only a stones' throw away.We definitely would stay here again!

  For the rating of the motel it way exceeded expectation. We normally stay 5 star. It was well appointed and very comfy bed( much better than most 5 stars).Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised... - Location was fantastic as was the help from the staff.   VERY nice and helpful people running these great apartments. Our apartment was very spacious with a double and a twin room, a huge living room and a full kitchen with a washing machine and a big balcony, big bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine and dryer. But it is not changed. - The managers, Jill & John, went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I liked the quiet and privacy of my apartment very much. The only sound I heard often was the birds and that was lovely! It was extremely clean and that is truly important to me. The apartment size was perfect. It was completely accessible to town and beach so I was able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

  Great location and the adjoining rooms were perfect for a family. Pool area is really good anf the kids loved the heated spa. We will stay again. - Close proximity to beach, shops, hotel restaurants etc. Walking distance to markets. Nice private intimate rooms and surroundings - pool etc.

  We were in transit from Sydney to Brisbane and needed a clean bed and a nice walk to break the trip. We got al that and more.
