  My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on..   Loved the location across the road from the beautiful Lake Weerona. It was quiet and clean and well appointed. The sliding doors onto the courtyard and pool area was really charming.   Pool and spa facilities were fantastic and easily accessible from my hotel room. Plenty of parking for guests right outside the room. Rooms were clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Dinner at the bistro was delicious, as was buffet breakfast the next morning. Great service from the ladies at reception. We had everything we needed at the resort. We enjoyed the pool/spa and it was great having the bistro for food. The room was very clean and comfortable and well appointed.
