  Very close to beach, and marina, shops, places to eat ( great variety to choose from) public transport. A supermarket and bakery were within a few minutes walk and there were lovely big parks across the road and at the side of the block. The pool and spa were great, warm without being too hot. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

I booked through letsbookhotel.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. I emailed the hotel and was told that a note would be put on the booking and they would make every effort to accommodate my request.   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Walking distance to everything but slightly outside of highrises allowing a better view. Also quite easy to find your way home as hotel stands out on the skyline. Would recommend these apartments.

Reception staff at desk downstairs excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished. Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners.
